The Natural History Museum received a delegation from the College of Education for Human Sciences, University of Basra on Wednesday 11/09/2022. They were accompanied on the tour by the specialized museum staff, who gave them a detailed explanation of all the exhibits, the delegation also visited the scientific library of the museum. The visitors expressed their thanks and appreciation to all those affiliated with the museum. It is worth mentioning that the Natural History Museum of Basrah University is a scientific edifice because it contains exhibition halls that include many biological and geological specimens that reflect the environmental reality of our southern marshes, the environment of the Arabian Gulf, the Shatt al-Arab environment, the Tigris and Euphrates rivers environment, in addition to the desert environment.
